Complaints procedure

We always do our best to satisfy the needs of both children and parents. Equally, we want parents to feel able to discuss frankly and openly any dissatisfactions or complaints which may arise. In the first instance issues should be raised with the Class Teacher or, if thought necessary, the Headteacher. If the complainant is dissatisfied with the School’s response, there are formal procedures in place. Formal complaints about the School’s delivery of the National Curriculum will be dealt with in accordance with the procedure summarised in the leaflet “Complaints about the School Curriculum”, obtainable from the School or the Education Department or Public Libraries.

The Governors have adopted an official procedure to deal with other complaints, and details can be obtained from the School or the Chair of Governors.
