Sports Day 2005 was held on the glorious 12th of July. The
team spirit this year was especially high and it was fantastic to
see how well the older children encouraged and cared for the
youngest members of their teams. Well done Mendip House for winning
the whole event. |

Barton Hall Camp - Class Four had a fantastic time at
camp and once again the children were complimented on their good behaviour by the
instructors and supervisors at Barton Hall. We are very proud of them all. |
Dancing With Ben Badoo - On Friday 5th March we were very
pleased to have a visit from musician Ben Badoo. Ben has been visiting schools in the
Churchill Cluster as part of a programme to promote performing arts.
Ben played an African xylophone made of wood, goatskin and gourds and helped the year 5
and 6 children to perform their own dances incorporating rhythms and patterns.
A great time was had by all! |
